Edwards Donor Impact

The Edwards School of Business acknowledges, with gratitude, our many donors who generously support the school and the programs and services offered.

Through gifts of time, knowledge and resources, our donors inspire students, faculty and staff to be creative, meet new challenges and continue to be leaders in business education. Be assured that every contribution is being used effectively to enhance the school's ability to provide quality education opportunities, as well as to undertake research activities and share the results with local, national and international communities.

Thank you for your continued support of the Edwards School of Business.

Areas of Support

Donors to the Edwards School of Business are integral to the success of our school and our students. You support us in developing business professionals to build nations. Below are some suggestions of how you can support the Edwards School of Business.

  • Student Support

Our top priority is always our students, ensuring they have an amazing experience at school and receive an exceptional degree. Your support of students will ensure that the cost of tuition does not prevent them from reaching their educational goal of an Edwards School of Business degree.

  • Faculty Research

Edwards faculty produce exceptional work; from accounting to marketing, our team are known around the world for the research they conduct and the impact it has on the business community. Your gift will support our faculty in their research efforts and add value to the School, our graduate students, our international profile and our exceptional programing across all areas.

  • Student Managed Portfolio Trust

Since its inception in 2011, the George S. Dembroski Student Managed Portfolio Trust has delivered exceptional returns considered comparable with those of top professional managers. The current value is in part thanks to the excellent performance of USask finance students and from continued investment from donors. Donations, which are tax deductible, have totaled $1,258,998 to date. A portion of the income earned each year is reinvested directly back into the portfolio. In addition, each year a committee allocates some of the income towards initiatives to enhance the student experience.

  • Dean's Circle

The Edwards Dean’s Circle is an exclusive membership-based group of alumni and business people. We have a common goal, we want to play a vital role in building a vibrant and thriving business community. Learn more about the benefits and how you can get involved, here.
